Equity Champions League
The Equity Champions League is a virtual technical assistance community for educational and youth development organizations committed to equity and social justice.
If you are a supervisor of educators or youth development professionals looking to support your team's growth and development, the Equity Champions League is for you.
We have provided technical assistance for hundreds of organizations in 11 states and 9 countries.
Our team has over 60 years of cumulative experience working at the intersections of culture, administration, education and the arts.
Our work is interdisciplinary and cross sector and uses an afrofuturist aesthetic to enhance the quality and criticality of our engagements.
We are a Black, family led company creating new models of cultural sovereignty and cultural self determination for our communities. We empower allies to become agents of change and have been doing so for over a decade.
“For the past 10 years Edutainment for Equity (E4E) continues to be an integral Technical Assistance and Capacity Building partner and thought leader for our department and grantees. Throughout the years E4E has developed and facilitated transformative workshops that range from program design, cultural mindfulness and strategic planning. Grantees leave feeling invigorated, excited and well equipped to lead their staff and community. E4E is quality!”
Sherrice Dorsey-Smith, Department of Children, Youth & their Families“We interviewed 5 other consultants and what made Candice stand out is how she made the actions we needed to take straightforward so that everyone could understand the work ahead. She is kind, flexible, professional, and knows what she is doing. She helped folks in our organization who are newer in their antiracist journey feel safe and made clear to those further along that progress was being made. I highly recommend Candice!”
Megan Fluke, Green Foothills“Our work and training with E4E provided the Chaplaincy Institute's Deep Culture Initiative team and all who participated in the E4E training a language and framework to deepen our insight into ChI's culture. We have a long way to go to meet our inclusion and diversity objectives, but we are now engaged in that effort. Blessings to the E4E folks whose consultancy and training helped to make our goals for diversity and inclusion a reality rather than a hollow pledge.”
